INGREDIENTS: LEMON GARLIC PORK CHOPS

2 Pork Chops
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon Juice
1 teaspoons dried oregano
2 garlic cloves, chopped up
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together in a bowl fresh lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, chopped garlic, salt and pepper
Season pork chops with salt and pepper
Heat the frying pan over medium heat
Cook the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through
Pour your lemon garlic mixture over the cooked pork chops
Serve the lemon garlic pork chop with a side of your choice.

½ a cucumber, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 Tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 Tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add together in a bowl, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, chopped onion and basil
Add a little extra olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad
Add salt and pepper
Toss the salad

RECOMMENDATIONS

Serve the cucumber salad with the lemon garlic pork chops and a white wine (Pinot Grigio for example).
